Due to the personal-care nature of Kayhairapy Oil, all sales are final. For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been purchased.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact Kayhairapy as soon as possible after delivery with your order information and photos of the product and packaging. Eligible issues will be reviewed individually, and a replacement or other appropriate resolution may be provided.

Kayhairapy is not responsible for products that are returned without prior approval, personal preference, sensitivity to ingredients, or results that vary from person to person.
